The Furniture Market is totally dedicated to preserving the environment and reducing its carbon footprint.
Our product selection is obviously a real driver for our efficiency aspirations, we spend a great deal of time getting furniture from sustainable sources, this means that for every tree cut down another is re-planted to replace it. We recycle all our waste, meaning our unwanted cardboard and paper can be used to make other useful things. Even the little things like using recycled paper in our office and replacing all our light bulbs with energy savers, it all helps to reduce our carbon emissions.
Our logistics manager is spending most of his time optimising the delivery routes, this means that we use less fuel getting the furniture to you and thus reduces our carbon footprint.
We realise that climate change is upon us and if we all just try to make a difference it all adds up and can hopefully lead to a better future for us all.
