Buying Tips
· Choosing the right furniture can be very subjective and only you
know exactly what you want. Therefore take time when choosing styles,
colours and finishes, please contact us if you are unsure about anything.
Only place your order when you are confident that you are getting what you
want. We offer free interior design advice and are more than willing to
go that extra mile for you.
· Measure the space available in your room carefully and compare
these measurements with the dimensions of the furniture item you intend to
order to ensure the item will fit into your home.
· Make sure the furniture will fit into
your home, Take a
close look at the access points of your home (stairs, door frames, sharp
corners) and measure the tightest points and again compare these with the items
of furniture you intend to order to make sure they will fit. If in doubt
please contact us as many of the items that we sell are fully assembled.
Remember it is your responsibility to ensure that items fit into your home, if
items do not fit and have to be taken away then you will still be charged the
delivery fee.
· Inspect your furniture for any damage or defects when it is
delivered. In the unlikely event of finding any problems, please inform
the delivery driver immediately.
· Order ASAP to avoid any delays.
If you are having
building or decorating work done in your home and require a piece of furniture
to be delivered when the work is completed and at a certain time, please order
ASAP as this way you can avoid any delays in delivery and ensure delivery of
your furniture for the dates you want it. We don't mind storing the
furniture until you are ready for it.
