piece of carved brilliance & the way it was packed for delivery was
excellent, it arrived in wrapped and in perfect condition which is a rare occurrence

received delivery of our order today. As yet have only opened
We were nervous about buying furniture without viewing "in the flesh"
especially as the price is so good but are far from disappointed, Can only
assume the rest is as good until we open tomorrow.
In the meantime would also say that the communication as far as delivery is
concerned puts other companies to shame. None of this "stay in all day and
we will deliver in a 12 hour time frame". We were first in a 2 hour slot
and had a phone call 30 mins before delivery.
You deserve to be successful as a company and feel free to use this e-mail as a
reference to potential customers.

to give customer feedback in an entirely positive capacity - I know many
companies have official "complaint policies" but if you have a
"satisfaction policy" then I'd like to leave feedback! The service
I've received ever since enquiring with your site has been nothing short of
exemplary. I had some questions on delivery with my last order (around £400 I
think) which were answered by one of your staff calling me! Not the other way
round!
The furniture is perfect, and delivered without fuss and at my convenience. I
recommended you to a friend of mine, who is looking at purchasing from you
before the end of January and I have personally just placed another order for a
further piece of furniture to complete my living room. I actually tried to
convince myself to put off the purchase for a few months but I have to say it
really was the exemplary service at all times and exceptional quality of the
furniture which convinced me to bite the bullet and order again so soon after
the last order.
Well done, it is refreshing to deal with a company that is more than a faceless
machine, and understands the value of great customer service. A pleasure

through on the product quality and customer service. However, what a surprise
when dealing with your company. The service was second to none even down to the
transport company calling for my preferred delivery date. As for the quality, I
have long thought that good furniture could only be found at extortionate
prices and how wrong I was, the Giavelli range I have just received is
fantastic. You have shown that good British retailers can still be found. Many
