Delivery

We offer Nationwide delivery

We offer 4 simple delivery options:

• One Man Delivery = £29 per order (one man delivery to your door)

• Two Man Delivery = £49 per order (two man delivery to the room of your choice)

• Two Man Delivery & Assembly = £79 per order (two man delivery including assembly of your furniture)

• Parcel Delivery Service = £10 per order (Applies to small items and accessories, if a product is small enough for a parcel delivery service then we will state this on the product listing)
  

You will have the option to select your desired delivery service just before checkout.

You will be happy to read that we only charge one of these above delivery charges per order and not per product.  This is regardless of the amount of items that you order.  It is just one charge per delivery drop.

Customer Information

• Some large items like wardrobes and bookcases may have a mandatory two man delivery service due to one man not being able to deliver on his own. However if this is the case then this will be stated on the product listing..
  

• If you have selected a one man delivery service, your delivery driver will deliver goods to your front door. If you have poor accessibility to your front door please make sure you can offer assistance to our delivery driver.
  

• If you require your furniture to be taken upstairs please select the two man delivery service who will carry your furniture to the room of your choice. Also if you want your furniture assembling (i.e Beds & Wardrobes etc) please select the Two Man delivery & Assembly service.
  

Delivery Details

• Personal Service & Timed deliveries.  We can usually give you a 2 hour time slot for you delivery, this way you do not have to wait around all day.  Your delivery driver is also more than willing to help you lift your goods into the room of your choice if you can offer assistance. If you are not able to help lift heavy goods upstairs, please select the two man delivery option.
  

• Standard Delivery Zones are mainland England, Wales & Southern Scotland.  If wanting delivery to northern areas of Scotland please contact us for a delivery quote.
  

• Access Restrictions - Please check that all the goods you have ordered will fit into your home. It is essential that you check the measurements of all access areas e.g. doorways, hallways, stairs, stairwells, etc. to ensure delivery access will not restrict delivery. When you place your order you must inform us of any access restrictions or circumstances which may prevent successful delivery being completed.
  

• Delivery Times are usually 1 - 3 weeks depending on stock availability.  However some out of stock items can take longer, but in this case we will contact you to state the expected delivery time.  Please note that all SALE items are in stock and are usually delivered within this period.
